Presentation: 5 mL vial

Composition:

• sodium deoxycholate
• phosphatidylcholine
• l-carnitine
• caffeine
• organic silicium 1%
• rutin
• melilot
• buffer system

Indications: local fat deposits, lipolytic step in treatment of stage 3-4 lipodystrophy (abdomen, lateral surface of the thighs and trunk).
This product combines the benefits of direct- and indirect-acting lipolytic agents with minimized adverse events related to sodium deoxycholate and maintained "working concentration" thereof (similar to PHDC).

Spectrum of activity:

• L-carnitine promotes the transport of triglycerides
• Caffeine leads to accumulation of cAMP by increasing mitochondrial lipase activity.
• Silicium fights with manifestations of reactive fibrosis of subcutaneous fat
• Melilot and rutin reduce venous stasis and increase elasticity of vessel walls.
• Deoxycholate destroys membranes of adipocytes resulting in release of fat molecules into the extracellular space.
• Phosphatidylcholine emulsifies fats, promotes their elimination from the tissue and inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase.

Maximum 10 mL of the product per session.

Course: 4-6 sessions at 2-3 week intervals.

Techniques: point by point injections locally, at the depth of 10 to 13 mm

Contraindications: hepato-biliary disorders

Please, note: 5 mL of the product should be distributed over the surface area of not less than 1 dm2 (10 cm х 10 cm).
