Mechanism of action:

Yohimbine acts as an alpha-adrenergic blocking agent and a beta-adrenergic agonist, simultaneously blocking lypogenesis and activating lipolysis, and improves microcirculation.

Caffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase, increases cAMP and active lipase mitochondrial levels which are key to regulating lipolysis.

L-carnitine promotes degradation of triglycerides and increases metabolism

Organic silicium at a concentration of 1% stimulates lipolysis.

The active ingredient of the water dropwort extract, isorhamnetin, has drainage and lipolytic effects and inhibits adipocyte differentiation.

This is a potent (combined) direct- and indirect-acting lipolitic agent for treatment of esthetic body issues. It has a combined effect of circulation improvement and lipolysis promotions and inhibition of formation and differentiation of new adipocytes. Beyond a more rational approach to lipolysis process, this ensures a greater efficacy and a prolonged effect of the course.

Techniques: Point by point injections in affected areas once a week at a depth of 4 to 8 mm.

A course of 6 to 8 sessions. A course of drainage procedures is recommended prior to treatment with lipolytic products.
