DVL CAPYL
Composition:
- troxerutin
- ginkgo biloba extract
- buffer system
рН 7.0
Indications:
- stimulation of microcirculation and capillary mesotherapy
- in trichology
- in treatment of cellulite
- in treatment of striae
Mechanism of action:
It improves a venous return, increases the tone of the capillary vessel wall, promotes oxygenation and trophicity of tissues. As well, it restores elasticity of venous vessels and improves the rheological properties of blood.
Troxerutin is a semisynthetic derivative of flavonoid rutin. It has vasoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antiedemic and antioxidant effects. It is one of first phleboprotecting agents. It has a P-vitamin activity and is involved in redox processes, inhibits hyaluronidasem, stabilizes hyaluronic acid in cell membranes, decreases permeability and fragility and increases tone of capillaries. Troxerutin increases thickness of a vessel wall, decreases plasma exudation and diapedesis of blood cells. Reduces inflammation in the vessel wall by limiting platelet adhesion to its surface. Therefore, rutin is the most active venotonic agent and that is of particular importance in treatment of cellulite and varicose vein disease.
Ginkgo biloba has a pronounced antioxidant effect, improves rheological properties of blood, decreases fragility of the vascular wall and affects each of three components of microcirculation: cappliaries, venules, arterioles.
Recommended regimens: as a pretreatment or monotherapy.
As a part of comprehensive treatment prior to esthetic procedure (capillary mesotherapy): 4-6 sessions at 7 day intervals paravertebrally, may be applied in problematic areas.
Treatment course (couperosis): 4-6 sessions at 7 day intervals
Techniques: nappage (superficial or medium dermis), classic technique.
